Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store and own end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will also support merchandise assembly and fixture setup while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Responsibilities include maintaining planograms and signage accuracy, communicating with the FAST supervisor, and ensuring safety and efficient store operations. Prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
