Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service and follow FAST procedures.

Experience in retail/merchandising is preferred; 18+ required, with reading, writing and counting abilities. Work shifts vary and include indoor/outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required.
• Read planograms and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA guidance.
• Maintain safety and a productive work environment.
• Interact with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to communicate progress.
