Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST). You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and support merchandise and fixture assembly, while maintaining all signage.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service. The role requires reliability and flexibility, with shifts typically aligned to store schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Price Cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
