Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and teammates, support merchandising and store operations, and participate in safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
