Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish in-store tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will work in a single store, supporting merchandise resets, PDQs, and signage maintenance, while interacting with customers and teammates to meet store goals. Flexibility and reliability are essential, with lifting and standing required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
