Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service and uphold store standards.

Your role involves flexible shifts, strong attention to detail, and readiness to handle various merchandising duties while maintaining safety and store integrity.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage including Circulars and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA methodology.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
