Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. The role supports other tasks and collaborates with store team members to ensure store standards are met.

The position requires self-direction, strong communication, and a customer-first approach, with shifts typically aligned to store needs.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising and customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Support signage integrity and recover planograms as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
