Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will deliver legendary customer service while keeping store presentation on target.

You will work shifts as needed, perform safety and housekeeping duties, and participate in ongoing merchandising and signage tasks across the sales floor. Team members may assume other duties as assigned and must communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• High school diploma preferred but not required; reading, writing, and counting ability needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through recovery and review.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA steps (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask).
• Promote safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
