Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in a single store, driving end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage and price changes. You will assist with merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

The role emphasizes attendance, proactive communication with the FAST Supervisor, and accurate execution of planograms and price updates. A strong teamwork attitude and safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
