Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute store-level tasks from start to finish. You will manage planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service in support of store operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store using GURA (Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
