Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is looking for a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, handling end-to-end tasks from planograms and signage to price changes and fixture assembly. You will assist with merchandise handling and ensure signage accuracy while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and proactive communication with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform price changes and install/maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures (PDQs).
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
• Maintain attendance and work shifts per business needs.
