Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support field operations, owning end-to-end tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will work with customers and team members to deliver legendary service.

The role requires availability, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset, with emphasis on accuracy in planograms, pricing, and signage, while partnering with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to resolve issues and optimize store

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and work shifts as scheduled.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Install and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and perform recovery to maintain planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
