Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to customers and teammates.

The role requires reliability with shifts driven by business needs; prior retail/merchandising experience is preferred, as is the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Physical duties include lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Education: a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
