Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, handling end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage, price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service as part of the Field Activity Support Team.

The role requires reliability, the ability to stand for long periods, and the flexibility to work shifts based on business needs. Prior retail experience is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; must read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and customer service.
