Job summary

Tractor Supply in Texas is seeking a FAST Team Member to own finished-to-start tasks in store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service.

In this role you’ll perform other duties as needed, maintain planogram accuracy, and support safe, efficient store operations while prioritizing the customer experience through proactive communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is helpful.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Use GURA to greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties.
