Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and teammates to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily store operations.

The role emphasizes flexibility, proactive communication, safety, and adherence to company guidelines as you complete assigned duties and support other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
