Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing start to finish tasks such as planograms, signage and price changes, and to provide support for merchandise and fixture assembly while maintaining signage.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies. Shifts vary by store and may exceed four hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing and counting skills required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage, price changes and related tasks.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and maintain signage integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service while interacting with customers and team members.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
