Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. The role involves assisting customers and teammates while delivering legendary customer service.

You will engage in merchandise placement, signage maintenance, and store layout initiatives, with shifts that vary by store and business needs, often 4+ hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA steps.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
