Job summary

Tractor Supply is looking for a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks, ensuring planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures are accurate and up to date. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service.

You will work closely with store leadership, be flexible with shifts, and help maintain a safe, productive environment while addressing customer needs and supporting other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires prior retail or merchandising experience and ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility, reliability, and service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Perform price changes and signage updates.
• Assemble and place merchandise and fixtures, including PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Communicate progress and issues to District FAST Supervisor/Store Operations.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in additional duties as assigned.
