Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, ability to read/write/count, and a proactive, self-directed approach; working conditions vary with store needs and shifts of 4–10 hours.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recoveribility.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
