Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store by owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while maintaining planograms and executing assigned merchandising projects.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and strong communication, with the ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting ability required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and planogram resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes and signage installation and updates.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
