Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, handling start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, performing price updates, signage maintenance, and PDQ assembly, with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale to customers.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
