Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, handling planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, complete tasks efficiently, and help maintain a safe, organized store environment. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a can-do attitude to support daily operations and merchandising needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
