Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will deliver legendary customer service and coordinate with district leadership to complete tasks efficiently.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work 4+ hour shifts in a fast-paced retail environment, upholding safety and teamwork standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram integrity and safety guidelines.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.
