Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes and merchandise fixtures. You’ll deliver legendary customer service while supporting store operations and interacting with customers and teammates.

Ideal candidates bring retail or merchandising experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to read, write and count accurately. The role supports scheduling across shifts and a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products and ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
