Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and support a variety of tasks from planograms to price changes while delivering legendary customer service. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes.
• Provide legendary customer service while interacting with customers and team members.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and related materials.
