Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking FAST Team Members to work in a single store, managing planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will assist customers and provide legendary service while supporting merchandise tasks and planogram integrity.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset, with shifts typically 4–10 hours and a possibility of longer hours during peak periods. Join us to help maintain a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products and ask for the sale (GURA).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
