Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning the complete start-to-finish execution of planograms, price changes, signage, and merchandise assembly. You will engage customers with legendary service, while collaborating with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to drive tasks to completion.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, adaptability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with shifts that vary by store and may exceed 4–10 hours

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service with the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
