Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and fellow team members, delivering legendary service daily.

The role emphasizes flexible shifts, strong communication with the District FAST Supervisor, and adherence to safety guidelines in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Unearth needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
