Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute field tasks in-store, from planograms to price changes, while delivering legendary customer service. You will work with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to complete resets, install signage, assemble fixtures, and ensure planogram integrity.

Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork are essential in this role. This position emphasizes in-store collaboration, safety, and a strong customer-first approach to help

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the customer, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale (GURA).
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
