Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a store, owning start-to-finish planograms, signage updates, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixtures. You will interact with customers delivering legendary service.

As a FAST Team Member you must be flexible, dependable, and service-oriented, able to read, write, and count accurately, with prior retail or merchandising experience preferred. Shifts vary and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and merchandising resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
