Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise fixtures, while delivering legendary customer service. You will collaborate with the District FAST Supervisor, perform planograms, resets, and ensure planogram integrity, with emphasis on safety and efficient store operations.

The role requires flexibility in shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a proactive attitude

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and store resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes and signage installation, updates.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Deliver legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops on progress and issues.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervision.
