Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and following GURA steps to meet customers’ needs.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to stand, lift, and walk throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage, and price changes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with merchandise and fixture assembly and maintenance of all signage.
• Provide legendary customer service and interact with customers and team members.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Perform recovery and review of planogram integrity and ensure gaps are addressed.
• Handle safety procedures and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
