Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, providing legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset. Shifts vary by store, with typical daily hours and potential for longer days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
