Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service using GURA guidance to uncover needs and recommend products.

Flexibility is required for varying shifts; the role emphasizes safety, attendance, and proactive communication with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform planograms and store resets with accuracy and timeliness.

• Provide legendary customer service and help customers using GURA.
