Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning finish-to-start tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly.

You'll interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and applying the GURA method to meet customer needs and drive sales. Flexible shifts and physical work are expected in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and counting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• May be assigned additional duties.
