Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and following the GURA framework to identify needs and recommend products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/merchandising required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Prepare store signage, price changes and merchandise fixtures.
• Assist with assembly of fixtures, PDQs, and related items.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA.
• Communicate progress to District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
