Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while providing legendary customer service. You will assist with merchandise fixtures and PDQs and support other tasks as needed.

Expect shifts to vary by store; you will maintain signage, assist with merchandising resets, and help customers using the GURA framework—Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale—ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and basic counting abilities are required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Self-directed and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Uphold GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
