Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes in-store. You will also support merchandise and fixture assembly and maintain all signage while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, prioritizing customer needs and using the GURA approach to drive sales. Flexibility, reliability, and a service orientation are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store tech.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and store resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes and signage updates as needed.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and store safety compliance.
