Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and related merchandising tasks. You will interact with customers and teammates while delivering legendary service and completing merchandising duties.

You will also support planograms, resets, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.
• Preferred education: high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
