Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of two years' general office experience, high-volume data entry preferred.
• Minimum of two years' cash handling or bank teller experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage.
• Familiarity with NetSuite preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic office equipment and internet research.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to adapt quickly to urgent matters and work with diversified individuals.

Responsibilities

• Open and sort company payment mail.
• Accurately post and process payments to consumer accounts.
• Process documents into proprietary company software system.
• Assist with daily post office and bank visits.
• Assist with various payment and client related tasks.
• Assist with department projects as assigned by the accounting manager.
