Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 6 months related operating experience.
• SHAW Spectrum LMS experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule for month-end processing, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, production driven environment.
• Ability to operate computers, high volume scanners, printers, and imaging equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage mailroom and process customer payments.
• Image and index documents for records.
• Maintain accurate financial and customer account records.
• Conduct payment research and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure documents and payment transactions are compliant and properly imaged.
• Route documents to the correct systems and departments.
