Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, 3PL, or sales is highly desirable
• Proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries
• Experience with consulting-based logistics proposals a plus
• Experience in warehousing and distribution (W&D), FTL, LTL, or freight forwarding services is highly preferred
• Proactive, positive attitude with strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Understanding of logistics operations, pricing, and financial basics (AR/AP)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S.
• Fluency in both Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

• New Customer Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls and market research; present tailored logistics proposals covering warehousing, distribution, and freight forwarding services; participate in bids; explore upselling opportunities.
• Sales Execution & Revenue Generation: Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract closure; achieve sales and profitability targets; track pipeline using CRM tools.
• Pricing & Contract Coordination: Collaborate with Pricing to source freight rates and structure proposals; work with Legal to review contracts; negotiate terms and service agreements.
• Operational & Issue Management: Serve as primary contact for customers; troubleshoot issues; coordinate with Operations to maintain service continuity.
• Financial & Risk Oversight: Monitor AR/AP; coordinate with Claims/Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships; provide updates and industry insights; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Claims to deliver solutions; coordinate internal resources.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide updates on sales performance, pipeline, AR/AP status; share market trends and opportunities.
