10 BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Korean bilingual Logistics Associate (Inside Sales Representative) in California to drive new client acquisition and develop tailored logistics proposals. You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with Pricing and Legal teams, and ensure service delivery across warehousing, distribution, and freight forwarding.

Fluency in Korean and English is required. The role emphasizes building client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving revenue

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, 3PL, or sales.
• Proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries.
• Experience with consulting-based logistics proposals a plus.
• Experience in warehousing and distribution (W&D), FTL, LTL, or freight forwarding services.
• Proactive, positive attitude with strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Understanding of logistics operations, pricing, and AR/AP.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S.
• Fluency in both Korean and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, sales tools, and market research.
• Prepare and present tailored logistics proposals covering warehousing and distribution and freight forwarding services.
• Actively participate in bid processes and follow up on opportunities.
• Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities within new and existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
• Track pipeline and follow up on potential opportunities using CRM or sales tools.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Legal teams to finalize contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and coordinate with Operations.
• Monitor AR/AP and coordinate with Claims/Customer Service to resolve issues.
