Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, 3PL, or sales
• Proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries
• Experience with consulting-based logistics proposals is a plus
• Experience in warehousing and distribution, FTL/LTL, or freight forwarding is highly preferred
• Fluency in Korean and English is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• New Customer Acquisition & Business Development: identify potential clients and present logistics proposals
• Sales Execution & Revenue Generation: manage full sales cycle and meet targets
• Pricing & Contract Coordination: collaborate with pricing, review contracts, negotiate terms
• Operational & Issue Management: serve as primary customer contact and resolve service issues
• Financial & Risk Oversight: monitor AR/AP and coordinate with claims/customer service
• Customer Relationship Management: maintain strong client relationships and provide updates
• Cross-functional Collaboration: coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Claims teams
• Reporting & Communication: provide regular updates on sales, pipeline, AR/AP, and opportunities
