Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for a Plan Excellence Data Manager to be part of the PEx organization. This is a flex role with 3 days per week on site in Jacksonville, FL, focused on leading data governance and planning data integrity across SAP and OMP environments.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in supply chain planning, strong SQL and SAP planning module knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills to drive data-driven improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with strong systems knowledge.
• Strong SQL experience required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP planning modules required.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Clear communication to all levels, written and oral.
• Self-motivated with strong team management and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME on SAP and OMP planning data to drive data governance and accuracy.
• Lead reviews with Plan teams to ensure master data integrity and end-to-end planning signal accuracy.
• Understand data rules and how they drive planning signals and system performance.
• Own data maintenance tools and templates for data collection for new products and existing materials.
• Develop tools for automating data calculations and analyses to streamline reviews.
• Ensure ERP and planning systems align with enterprise process standards and update guides accordingly.
• Support investigations of planning signal issues related to master data or parameters.
• Mine, transform, and visualize data to deliver insights to cross-functional partners.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT delivery.
• Manage and maintain plan master data for consistency across systems.
