Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr. Director, ERP Supply Chain & SAP Technology Platforms to provide enterprise leadership across SAP ECC/S/4 and related platforms in a complex global landscape.

The role focuses on strategy, architecture, execution, and operations for ERP Supply Chain solutions, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 12–14 years of progressive SAP enterprise experience.
• Experience leading global SAP programs and Day 1/TSA separation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP technology platform strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations across multiple SAP ECC and S/4 instances.
• Lead prioritization decisions to balance regulatory, operational, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish and operate SAP technology platform governance including architecture standards, budgets, and vendor management.
• Manage SAP and SI/managed services partnerships, licensing strategy, and contract performance.
• Transform and support SAP ERP capabilities for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Lead the application of AI and automation to modernize platforms and operations.
• Ensure regulatory, data integrity, and cybersecurity compliance across platforms.
• Build and inspire a high-performing global technology organization with onshore/offshore resources.
• Establish strong governance, vendor management, and financial oversight for technology investments.
