Job summary

Hensel Phelps Services is seeking a scheduler to own planning and schedule-risk across our Services lines—commissioning, low-voltage, and specialized construction—and to build templates, historical libraries, and reporting standards for faster project starts. You will sit on the OSI team, where scheduling expertise meets data work.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of CPM scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel, and a proven ability to analyze schedules, develop recoveries,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years developing and maintaining CPM construction schedules.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / OPC; strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated experience with schedule analysis, recovery scheduling, and TIAs.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project schedules across Services projects.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and model mitigation options.
• Track Hensel Phelps Services scopes against the master schedule and surface divergence and risk.
• Diagnose schedule impacts and produce recovery schedules and TIAs.
• Develop and maintain schedule templates by line of business.
• Curate a historical schedule library to support procurement and startups.
