Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a scheduler to own planning and schedule risk across Services lines—commissioning, low-voltage, and specialized construction—within the OSI team. You will build templates, a historical library, and reporting standards to accelerate future project startups.

Responsibilities include leading schedule templates, improving workflows, and ensuring data accuracy while mentoring junior team members. Colorado-based role offering strong benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years developing and maintaining CPM construction schedules.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / OPC; strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated experience with schedule analysis, recovery scheduling, and TIAs.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project schedules that optimize task sequencing, logic, and resource loading across assigned Services projects.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and constraints early, model mitigation options, and drive workflow improvements with project teams.
• Track scopes against the master schedule, surface divergence and risk to leaders before impact.
• Diagnose schedule impacts and develop recovery schedules and TIAs with project leaders.
• Develop and maintain schedule templates by line of business to accelerate startups.
• Curate a historical schedule library to support procurement, bidding, and future startups.
