Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
• Maintain and update planning and purchasing data (items, suppliers, pricing, lead times).
• Track purchase orders and escalate delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding documentation and delivery coordination.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and tracking inbound deliveries vs planning commitments.
